Digital Dual Station 40 x 50cm Platen Electric Heat Press
With an electric dual platen, you can quickly produce garments with accuracy and reliability. The completely automated system allows you to run a timed pressing system with movement delays, pressing delays and total print run counters.
This heat press does NOT have precise pressure adjustment, as it is a purpose-built machine for Direct to Film Transfers and high-pressure required sublimation blanks.
The press can be run manually by pressing right shift to move the heating pressure platen to the right and left shift to move left. If set up correctly with movement delays, this press will continuously move back and forth in a timed manner under its own power until it has been told to stop or it reaches its production counter.
Complete with a digital screen, all settings and timings are set with the digital controller for easy adjustments.

Our heat press machines are designed for printing textiles, t-shirts, mouse pads, puzzles, ceramic tiles and other flat surface items by using the flex, flocking, transfer printing paper, sublimation, DTF, etc.
Our heat press machines are covered by a 12-month return-to-base warranty. We will either repair or replace your heat press if required, but we have less than a 2% failure rate. Items like heating belt elements for mug presses are not covered under warranty and are considered a consumable.

Product Sublimation Process
Set temperature (°C, °F) and time (Sec). Allow the heat press to get to set temperature. A pre-press is recommended on the bottom platen(s) and pressing pad(s) to bring to temperature. Place substrate with protective paper or Teflon on platen and press the shift button to the side being pressed. Shift the heating platen away once pressed to allow safe and easy removal once the heat press has reached completion.
