Print image
Attach image to insert using thermal tape
Position product in with 10oz heating element in mug press
Press Settings:
Temperature: 180-200C
Time: 100 seconds (1.6 Mins)
Pressure: High
Remove paper

Sublimation Oven Instructions:
Print image
Attach image to insert using thermal tape
Apply 155 x 190 heat shrink (not supplied)
Press Settings:
Temperature: 180-200C
Time: 480 seconds (8 Mins)
Pressure: Heat shrink
Remove paper
