Requirements to print
– Suitable sublimation printer and ink
– Suitable heat press
– Additional usual items like transfer paper, heat tape etc.

Instructions
– Print image in reverse
– Remove plastic coasting from insert.
– Attach image to insert using thermal tape.
– Position insert face down in heat press
– Press with the following heat press settings
– Printing parameters: 180-190C, 55 seconds （for your reference）
– Pressure: medium
– Remove paper
– Remove attachment tape, align and press down. Best results for adherence hover glue under heat press for a few seconds to make tacky after removing paper.
