– Aluminium plate 177mm x 107mm.

Requirements to print
– Suitable sublimation printer and ink
– Suitable heat press
– Additional usual items like transfer paper, heat tape etc.
Instructions
– Print image in reverse.
– Attach image to aluminium plate using thermal tape.
– Position product in press face down.
– Press with the following heat press settings
– Oven parameters: 180-190C, 60 seconds （for your reference)
– Pressure: medium
– Remove paper
– Remove Crown 512 tape from lid.
– Align at top, work your way down and affix to lid.
