Make great Stubby/Can Coolers easily with these high quality slap on stubby cooler blanks for dye sublimation printing.
Ultra white high thread count cloth with premium feel 4mm thickness.
Specifications
– 230mm x 90mm x 4mm
Features
– High thread count for maximum print finish.
– Cool slap mechanism to wrap around any size drink.
Requirements to print
– Suitable sublimation printer and ink
– Suitable heat press
– Additional usual items like transfer paper, heat tape etc.
Instructions
– Print image in reverse
– Attach image to insert using thermal tape
– Position laying flat in heat press with print side up.
– Press with following instructions.
– Medium Pressure 220C, 25 seconds (for your reference)
– Be careful when raising press as to not jerk which will cause slap inserts to fold.
– Carefully remove paper.
– Smooth out any separation of top and bottom layers whilst hot.
